WOOLWORTH BUILDING
This is like those amusing photoshops where 13-year old boys drop in crudely cut-up pictures of Sports Illustrated models.
This card bears a postmark of 1912, which means it was printed before the building was finished. This bears little resemblance to the real Woolworth building - someone may have just taken a preliminary drawing, sliced it up and printed it off. I think we can reasonably assume that the other lower buildings are equally fictional.
I hope so, anyway; this is a nightmarish imagine.
