Was there ever a day when banks charged for customer parking? I suppose so; downtowns with ramps must have stuck folks for a buck or two, I guess. But Jamestown isn't exactly Manhattan.

A beautiful little International Style building. The bank has been absorbed into another institution, I believe, and I doubt the building still looks like this today.
