A memorial service will be held Saturday for William Martin Driscoll, 74, a retired business executive, who died Jan. 13 in his home in Redington Shores, Fla.

Mr. Driscoll, who was born in Chicago and grew up in Glencoe, was president of the Martin Driscoll Co., a printing ink company founded by his father. He attended the University of Illinois.

Mr. Driscoll also served in World War II and was awarded a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart.
