The motto suggests that when they're down to one, they'll just kill it and eat it, instead of thinking about breeding some more. Maybe they put some of the bull semen on ice first.
You'd be disgusted to find "bull semen on ice" on the dessert menu, but really, that's what made Tee Pee Steaks possible!
No one would ever name a restaurant a Tee Pee these days, but if they did, it might actually evoke the thing for which it is named, rather than being its exact architectual opposite.
