There are pages and pages and pages of these things, each with their own proprietary misspelling. "Kno-Belt" is an interesting choice, since it adds a letter just to avoid being the "No-Belt," even though the purpose of the phrase is to note the absence of a belt.

I can't imagine being a young boy, paging through this section, and wondering how many layers women had. Were there layers under these, too?
