About that name: one of the Ice Follies founders, Roy Shipstad, was originally known as "Mr. Debonair," and Dwyer was known as "Young Debonair" when he joined the show. He became "Mr. Debonair" when he hit 29. He first started skating in the 40s - and he still skates today, according to the internets.
Susan, it seems, was mostly composed of helium.
