Some things don't change. French's still uses the flag; Brasso still as a similar logo. Silvo is still made. Rather obvious which you use on which.
Good Luck seems to be gone. It's not to be confused with Good Luck Margarine, which was made by a Canadian company, although it was distributed in America. Since neither survived, a better name might have been wise.
It's a pecular ad, however. Not too many people wanted to make mashed-potato pie with cloves and brass polish. Although with enough cinnamon, who'd notice. |
