The old name - Dick & Jeanne Lucht, Owners - was stamped out, and “Kenny & Claire Ring” added. The message: “Hoognn left Tucson Ariz. His home is a trailer house at Las Vegas, NV. Address: H. J. Lundquist 3139 E Sahara Ave.”

The trailer court is still there. The motel is not.

I assume those are the Lucht children. They seem rather oversized.

Jeanne died in 2009. A Minnesota gal! Obit:

The family moved to Tucson in 1957, where they had another child and owned and operated a motel while they established their Texaco distributor business. Jeanne was active in Little League, and while Dick coached she operated the snack bar to help fund the league. She was an avid bowler and golfer, flew a private plane, traveled around the country and the world.

Motels, Texaco, snack bar, bowling - they don't make them like this anymore.
