One of those . . . sad motels. Of course it's skylit; everything outdoors is skylit, especially in Clearwater. The sign appears to be the work of a local artisan. No one seems to be staying there at present.

Most curious are the scant amenities. You know a motel doesn't have a lot to offer when the sign offers rooms for "overnight." Isn't that the point of a motel?
