The address is 9500 2nd Street, which today comes back as a house in the woods several miles from the ocean. So either the topography changed greatly in the last forty years, or the address has changed.

Took me a while, but I found it. Part of the Boardwalk Beach Resort now. There is still the most essential parts of a motel for this location: sand, water, and parking.
