Can't find the card, alas - I would have liked to see if the owner was named Electro McSparky, and had changed his name to reflect his belief that electricity is TOTALLY AWESOME. Every night he'd go outside and stand under the sign and spread his arms, letting the neon bolt lance him again and again. Made him feel young.
