"Bay View Rooms" is a bit of a stretch. Binoculars might be useful.

The 2007 view shows the place almost untouched from the view on the postcard. The 2015 view shows considerable improvement. It's a resort now! If you wander down the street you'll find a ferris wheel and some other improvements. But where there are ferris wheels there are often clowns.
