This one’s even more mystifying. The address is 3862 Pam Am Highway, which shows up as Crosby Street, except for one block, which is Pan Am. The frontage road has lots of motels, one of which is probably the old Holiday Inn.

In any case, it was about as rote as you could get, but that's still pretty good.
