Easy to find this one:

Just look for the HOTEL at the end of the street. Still there. You'll note that in the postcard version, the windows are boarded up. That's how you attract new business and get a name for yourself.

See the building on the middle-left, the bluish facade? Still there.

Interesting: the building to the left appears to be new, but it's designed in an "old" style. Better than nothing.I’d prefer a ruined example of an old building that still had the scars of its campaigns - the 50s facade, the 70s wood shingles. That tells you more about the passage of time than something new, fake, and generically Federal.
