Nice of the hitman to explain things to the nurse; I'm sure she appreciated the backstory. Rather pathetic of the fellow to ask the nurse for help, especially since the hitman is using those newfangled forked bullets.

I'm wondering if the editor of the comic looked at the roughs, said "nice work, but it's a hospital room. Put a suitcase under the bed and give him some slippers." Of course! Touches like that really make a cover.
